MCCC was established in January 2011 as a non-Profit organization registered under the Manitoba Government, committed to helping and improving the living standards of Chinese youth and adults.
Our Mission
To meet the needs and improve the quality of life of Chinese students and immigrants by providing valuable information, services, activities, programs and assistance.
